I know it’s been a long time since my last blog post.

I felt scattered after the lockdown ended and recognized my need to refocus. I realized I had to create a silent space to continue my path. Although life in Miami was almost back to normal, I needed to leave all my fears behind and take courageous action. My intention wasn’t just to move forward but to leap.

The self-reflection I went through during this time has truly been transformative. It has also led me to engage in the process of awareness which is a place I can hack my paradigm and recognize my default settings. This was made possible not only by recognizing those settings and triggers, but also by connecting to my truth, the essence of my story, and the effect of that reality in the coming year.

We don’t realize it but sometimes, we tend to create excuses that help us to avoid what we don’t want to see or feel. We can start by choosing to shift our outlook and face our reality. Going to that place that feels scary and uncomfortable, is the first step to make a leap.

Here are two ways to do this:

Developing Our Superpowers

We’re all healing from a challenging year. My journey through life has shown me that adopting a 360-degree perspective and looking beyond what’s in front of me, allows me to conquer impossible goals. And that’s exactly where my superpowers (a dream, focus, attention, and intention) lie. Those four components have given me the power and strength to continue my journey. As humans, we tend to neglect our superpowers as well as our past successes. We sabotage the present time by bringing those fears from the past causing them to manifest.

Hacking Our Paradigm

As spring is coming in full bloom, I invite you to ask yourself this important question: “How can I overcome my past fears and shift my outlook?” You have the power to start living a new narrative influenced by your truth, transparency, and vulnerability. Be aligned with who you truly are, and you will be able to create those stories, embrace your dreams, and make them reality.
